  1. This is great information, I’m particularly attracted to the essential oils book as I’ve started using some of the oils and I absolutely love it. But I want to know more and buy the right kind of oils so the book will be handy!

  2. I’m definitely interested in the essential oils book. I hear so many people talking about them, but it seems like there’s so many oils that do so many different things.

  4. A great list. I’m going to add Eat Dirt to my list. I’m reading Obstacle is the Way right now as a way to better handle stress. Stress management is an overlooked piece of wellness. It’s one that I’m really trying to focus on as I face a great deal of daily stress as an autism Dad. 

    1. Yes! I agree that stress is overlooked! I think Eat Dirt would be a good book to read! I have noticed that the better my “gut” health has become the better able I am to handle certain stresses in my life:)
