Teething can be a difficult time for most parents. A lot of parents I talk to are looking for more ways to support their babies during teething.

One thing to remember is that there isn’t a one size fits all, and every baby is different. That’s why I’m sharing the best all-natural teething support.

Best all-natural teething support

As with using essential oils, there are a lot of different ways to support your littles during this time.

Essential oils

There are many essential oils that can help support teething. Here is a list of just a few:

Lavender
Frankincense
Copaiba
Siberian Fir
Wild Orange
Roman Chamomile

There are a few ways you can use these essential oils when supporting them. You can create a roller bottle or diffuse these oils.

One favorite essential oil teething roller bottle recipe is:

10 ml glass roller bottle
1 drop Lavender
1 drop Frankincense
1 drop Copaiba
fill the rest of the way with an organic carrier oil

I normally roll the roller bottle along the jawline. I do this throughout the day as needed.

A great essential oil diffuser blend to use is:

3 drops Lavender
3 drops Roman Chamomile

Since every body is different, your little one might respond better to some of these essential oils than he/she will to others. I would encourage you to experiment and see what works best for you.

Teething Mitts and Toys

These teething mitts and toys have helped so much with our baby girl. When I saw the mitt and how I could put it on her hand, I knew I had to try it!

Even if she doesn’t like the teething mitt on her hand, it’s easy for her to hold it herself. Since there is such a big area for her to chew on, she will stay occupied for awhile with it. This makes it so helpful!

There are also other teething toys you can get to help provide a teether massage. This is a great teething toy along with this wooden one!

There are also some great ones you can get on Etsy! The amazing thing about teething toys is there are so many choices out there!

Don’t want to spend money? You can always wet then freeze a washcloth for them to suck on as well.

Amber Necklace, Bracelet, or Anklet

These amber bead necklaces help support teething and the other things that are associated with it.

Not only are they easy to use, but they also help reduce fussiness and drooling.

I’ve used these on both my kiddos and love them! I prefer to use the anklet with my kids because you have always be careful about any necklace on kids and babies. Also you want to make sure you remove the necklace for any napping or sleeping.
