The Ultimate Guide to DIY Essential Oil Recipes
The Ultimate Guide to DIY Essential Oil Recipes
Are you looking for more ways to use essential oils? Do you want to start making your own DIY essential oil recipes?
About 9 years ago, I started researching how to live a healthier life. I knew I had to change my diet and nutrition, but I was unsure of the other areas I needed to change that greatly effected my health as well.
So many people talk about nutrition and food, but sometimes they forget to mention is the toxic overload that is happening all around us. It really isn’t something you realize unless you start learning.
I wanted to know the exact steps to take in order to create a healthy environment for my family. I started slow by replacing cleaners that we used. Then, I started realizing that there were harmful ingredients in our body wash and beauty products. There is also a whole other world of natural remedies to support our health.
As I started making these changes, I remember thinking to myself how difficult it was to know the exact products to use that were safe. It felt like there were “new” and “better” things coming out all the time. It was overwhelming.
When I was finally introduced to essential oils, it was like a whole new world opened up. Life got simple again, and these oils made it easy for me to support my family’s health while also giving me the tools to create recipes that I knew were safe.
This is just one of the reasons why I love using essential oils so much and why I love creating simple essential oil recipes and guides! Below, I am going to share the ultimate guide to DIY essential oil recipes, so you can easily start creating a healthy environment for your family too.
