1. Helps to cool and soothe
This is a great essential oil to help support feelings of clear breathing and open airways. You can diffuse or dilute and apply it topically to the chest and breathe deeply for an invigorating vapor. It also is ideal for creating a soothing massage experience.
To make a homemade vapor rub you can mix 3-5 drops with equal parts peppermint oil and coconut oil.
