I was always excited to find beautiful scents for each season. This included springtime scented candles that would fill our home. I never realized how toxic these were.

When I made the switch to essential oils and threw out my old candles, I was looking for natural alternatives. That’s when I came across room spray recipes that I could create myself to use when needed!

Now I love using sprays and the diffuser to create a beautiful aroma in our home each season!

Spring Room Spray Materials:

The best part about making your own spring room spray is that it is easy and doesn’t take much time. The 3 simple ingredients for this spring room spray are:

• Essential oils
• Glass spray bottles for essential oils
• Witch hazel
• Water- I use distilled water, but you can also use boiled and cooled filtered water.

Plus, it’s super easy to use anytime you need to freshen up a room. All you do is shake it and spray in whatever room you want.

Blooming Flowers Spring Room Spray Recipe

This recipe uses lavender, geranium, and clary sage essential oils. They work together to create a beautiful scent along with offering some great therapeutic benefits including:

• calming and relaxing aroma
• helps ease feelings of tension
• sweet, floral aroma

Directions:

• Add 20 drops of lavender essential oil.
• Add 10 drops of geranium essential oil.
• Add 10 drops of clary sage essential oil.
• Add 1 tbsp of witch hazel.
• Fill an 8 oz glass spray bottle the rest of the way with distilled water.
• Put on a spray top, and shake the bottle to mix well.

Before using this essential oil spring room spray, make sure to shake the bottle gently. You can spray it into the air to freshen room, and use it as often as needed.
