When it comes to self care it may feel like you don’t have enough time or that it isn’t important. HOWEVER, making time for self care doesn’t have to be an expensive or time consuming activity, and the there are so many benefits! Below are 32 Free Self Care Activities!
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t necessarily only mean clean eating and exercising. It also means taking care of yourself. Stress is not good for the body, so it’s important to find ways to reduce it in our everyday lives. We can only help others when our cup is filled up.
There are several options for you to start adding self care into your routine, absolutely for free.

- Read a good book
- Listen to your favorite song
- Take a warm bath with essential oils
