How do you make a pumpkin spice latte healthier?
Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice taste. Not only does this recipe give you a great tasting latte you can easily make at home, but it’s also less expensive than a drink you would get at a coffee shop.
When you make this drink at home and use this recipe, you know the ingredients you’re putting into your body. It’s important when making healthy changes into your lifestyle to pay attention to labels and all the “added” sugars and natural flavors that are in certain products.
Just because a product is labeled “natural” or “organic” doesn’t always mean it’s healthier for you. That’s why I love making my own food and drinks as much as I can from home, so I have control over what ingredients are being used.
So not only are you putting better ingredients into your body when using this recipe over a pumpkin spice latte at a coffee shop, but you’re also saving money!
