How I Oil Cleanse My Face
One of my favorite ways to cleanse my face is oil cleansing! This video goes over how I oil cleanse my face. It is a great natural way to clean your skin.
What do I use to oil cleanse my face with?
I oil cleanse my face with coconut oil, but there are many other oils you can use when oil cleansing. This blog post goes over some other ones you can use depending on your needs.
I also add in essential oils into my oil cleanse. My favorite ones to use are Frankincense and Lavender, but you can use Geranium as well. I just add 30 drops into about a cup of coconut oil, and mix it together well. I put it in a glass jar with a lid and use as needed everyday!
The benefit of oil cleansing is more balanced and moisturized skin! What more could there be to love?
