How do you make essential oil room spray?

Making your own essential oil room spray is so quick and easy. You just need a few supplies, and the essential oil you want to use.

Here are the step by step instructions on how to make essential oil room sprays:

1. Start with a 8 oz glass spray bottle
2. Add in about 40 drops of the essential oil you want to use
3. Put in 1 tbsp witch hazel (optional)
4. Fill the rest of the way with water
5. Put back on the glass spray bottle top

That’s it! Essential oil room sprays are just another easy way to start incorporating using essential oils into your home, so you can enjoy the therapeutic benefits.
