Why make your own natural cleaners?
It’s so important to limit our toxic exposure. Cleaning and beauty care products that you most likely use everyday are riddled with chemicals that are bad for your health, and they are also endocrine disruptors.
Endocrine disruptors can contribute to a number of health issues including fertility problems, changes in metabolism, and immune disorders to name a few.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) created a great resource where you can look up a specific product you might find in the store and see what it’s rated based on the ingredients used in the product. It ranges from A-F.
Luckily, we can create simple, natural cleaners using inexpensive ingredients at home. This helps us to know exactly what we are using to make sure we are creating a healthy environment for ourselves and our families.
This is also why I created my best-selling essential oil guides with lots of all natural DIY recipes to create a healthy environment for your family!
