1. Helps to Calm and Soothe
This essential oil can be applied to the abdomen for a soothing massage during a women’s menstrual cycle.
It helps to promote feelings of calm and relaxation at bedtime when diffused beside the bed. You can also rub 1-2 drops onto the neck and the soles of the feet. Lastly, you can apply one to two drops of this essential oil onto pillowcases to prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
